Preparations:
1. Prepare the caramel by desolve suger and water in frying pan. When fully desolves add slices of Orri Jaffa and cook for few minutes. Set aside to cool.
2. Put baking paper on bottom of 10X35 baking pan
3. Put the Orri Jaffa cooked slices on bottom and sides of baking pan
4. Prepare batter:
5. Mix sugar and eggs until puffs
6. Add oil, buttermilk and vanilla extract
7. Add flour and almond flour. Mix gently till all flour is mixed into the batter.
8. Pour over the mandarin slices
9. Bake in preheat oven at 180deg. cel. for 45-50 minutes.
10. Chill in room temprrature, Place upside down on serving dish. Take off the baking paper and serve!
