Orri Jaffa Cake

Whisk  the eggs with sugar in a mixer, in high speed  for 5 minutes Slow down the mixer and add the oil Add the flour and juice alternately Spread oil or butter on a baking dish (Ø26cm) Bake in preheated oven, at 180ºC, for 40 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 6 large size eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Canola or Sunflower oil
  • 1 Cup Orri Jaffa mandarin juice
  • 2 Cups self rising flour

  3. Add the flour and juice alternately
  4. Spread oil or butter on a baking dish (Ø26cm)
  5. Bake in preheated oven, at 180ºC, for 40 minutes.
